Greenfield, NH 03047

Case 06-2

You are hereby notified that the Zoning Board of Adjustment has DENIED the appeal submitted by:

Linda Freeman, 29 Quarry Circle, Milford, NH for properties R9-30 and R9-36, Old Coach Road, for the following;

Appeal from an Administrative Decision: Denial of Building Permit.
The Board upheld the Building Inspectors denial due to insufficient frontage on a class V or better road.

Appeal for Variance from section III.G.2 of the Greenfield Zoning Ordinance.
The Board determined that the applicant did not meet all of the conditions needed to grant a variance from the requirement of 350 feet of frontage on a class V or better road as the minutes reflect.

Appeal under RSA 674:41,II Erection of Buildings on Streets; Appeals.
The Board determined that the proposed residence;

2.      May cause hardship to future purchasers or undue financial hardship to the municipality.
